Terms of Service

Amplio commit to: Taking care and skill to complete your install and supply our service and products to you within an appropriate time frame.  We will take appropriate measures to ensure that our services and products perform how we have advertised. However we can not take responsibility for systems,networks and technology that we do not own or have access to. In the unfortunate case that you encounter an issue with our products or services, we will endeavor to remedy the matter as soon as possible. In some instances you may require a visit from a Amplio representative.  If our representative discovers that there is no issue with our equipment and that the issue is caused by you or your equipment, you will be required to pay for the time of the representative that we supplied to you. We will notify you in as soon as possible of any costs incurred.

Due to the nature of our services you will be required to share information with us. Amplio's’ Privacy Policy explains how we use the specific information that we collect about you. Our Privacy Policy  explains how we protect, share and use your information and how it applies when you interact with us or use our services and/or products at any time.

We are not responsible for any transactions between you and other parties or the information, advice, products or services that you accept from them. Amplio urges you to follow any instructions regarding the products or services that we have supplied to you, we will not be responsible or liable for your misuse, mistreatment or the neglect of any equipment that we supply to you. Do not onsell or commercially exploit the services or products that Amplio have supplied to you. Do not imply or suggest in any way that Amplio have sponsored or endorsed you, unless prior arrangements have been made by Amplioin written documentation. You do not possess any interest, title or intellectual property rights in the equipment we install or any part of them. 

Subscriptions, ongoing or recurring services are billed in advance or at a time otherwise advised by us on any occasion. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Amplio, you are obliged to pay all undisputed fees within 20 business days of your installation completion date, or the date specified on the invoice. If no date is specified then within 20 business days of the invoice date. Payment can be made via cash or bank transfer. Payments via credit card may be  subject to a surcharge.

You give Amplio permission and authority to run credit checks on you when we deem appropriate. Credit agencies may record  information about you in their database and share this information with others that require to run a credit check on you. If We are required to contact you regarding a product or service we will do this via the contact details that you have supplied. If you supply us with incorrect details or you have not notified us of any updates regarding your contact information, we will not be responsible for your failure to receive any notices from us, billing or otherwise. 

Nothing within our liability terms affects any rights you have under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, except in the instance that you use our services in a way that the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 cites as business transactions or business use. You acknowledge that the provisions of the Act will not be applicable to the products or services that we supply to you. 

Your liability to us; If you breach our Consumer Terms and Conditions, you will be liable to us for it, except to the extent that Amplio caused the loss. For example, if you have not paid for products or services that we supply to you, you are liable to us for the money that you owe. You acknowledge and agree to take appropriate action to minimize and avoid any loss that  Amplio could incur from providing products or services to you. 

Amplio liability to you; If we breach our Consumer Terms and Conditions, we will be liable to you for it, except to the extent that you have caused the loss or damage. This may require us to take appropriate action to fix the issue or we may owe you money. Amplio will also be liable to you if we breach the law, for example, your rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. We agree to take appropriate action to minimize and avoid any loss that  we could incur from providing products or services to you. Amplio is not  liable to you; If we are required to temporarily disconnect wiring or other equipment at your property or work site in order to supply you with products or services. We are not  liable to you for any damage or loss that is caused by an event that we can not control, examples include; natural disasters, social or political disruption, lack of equipment, materials or labor or any third party network provider.We are not  liable to you for any consequential or indirect loss, for any loss of goodwill, savings, business, profits, data or revenue. Only Amplio and none of our connected contractors, partners, companies or suppliers will be liable to you for any damage or loss in connection with the equipment, products or services that we supply to you.
