Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies whenever you interact with Amplio or use any of  our services and products. Personal information that we collect from you will include; Name, address, contact (and alternative contacts), email address, phone number, housing status (tenant or owner) and payment information like your credit card or bank account details.

In some instances we may collect personal information about you from other parties such as credit reference agencies. We will only do this if you have provided confirmation to do so, or if you authorized the third party to share your information with us.

  • Amplio may; Hold the information and share it with contractors or employees and service providers in order to enable us to supply you with invoices, services or otherwise to manage or enforce any agreements. Amplio may be required to disclose any and all of your information in order to maintain the law and for regulatory or legal purposes. We may share your information with debt collection agencies. You recognize and understand that in supplying services to you, we may consume services and products based or from non-New Zealand jurisdictions. We may need to store personal information in a cloud (online). This could involve the storage of your information in data centers outside New Zealand. 

In general we will only keep your personal information for as long as we need it. We keep billing records for seven years.You can request the correction of or access to all personal information we have about you, please contact hello@amplio.co.nz.

Amplio endeavors to practice industry level security to ensure that information is secure. If we become aware of an information breach that we think could compromise customer security, we will report this to the affected clients as soon as possible. In addition to this we may report a breach publicly, if required by law or if we consider it appropriate.  

Amplio may collect your personal information if we are investigating alleged fraud. Information that may be collected includes; Verification of your passport from the Department of Internal Affairs and information from the person alleging they’ve been defrauded.
