Support On Demand FAQs

Can I purchase Support On Demand without using Amplio's broadband service?

No. You must have an Amplio broadband account to access our Support On Demand service.

Can I access the Support On Demand services outside of my home? (e.g caravan)?

Yes. Support On Demand customers are welcome to access this service for private residential purposes (non- commercial) within the Auckland area. Including for caravans, motor homes or other properties that you may own within the Auckland region, such as holiday homes or batches.

Can I canel my Support On Demand subscription within 12 months of signing up?

Yes. However, this may incur a cancellation fee. The subscription has a 12-month contract with a $160 cancellation fee. If you decide to end the service within 12 months you will be charged the $160 cancellation fee. After 12 months you won't get charged if you choose not to renew your subscription.

Can I transfer my Support On Demand subscription to another person?

No. Support On Demand is not a transferable service.
