Social Media Competition Terms & Conditions

By participating in a competition you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions: 

In order to submit a valid entry into a Amplio  competition you must be at least 18 years of age. And, your entry must be received within the specified time frame. Competition participation is only open to New Zealand residents. 

By participating in a competition you acknowledge that the competition is not administered by, associated with, endorsed or sponsored by Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter or other social media platforms. 

These terms and conditions apply to every promotion or competition created by Amplio . These terms and conditions are applicable during all of our social media competitions on every social media channel. 

Regardless of whether our products are featured as representation of a promotions or competitions. 

Our terms do not solicit liability for promotions and competitions controlled by representatives of any other party other than Amplio . 

Contract personal to Amplio and employees of Amplio  are not permitted to enter competitions or win prizes. This is grounds for disqualification from a competition. 

We reserve the right to adjust, expand, reduce or cancel a competition, on any grounds that we see fitting. Amplio , at our sole discretion will determine the competition winner(s). 

The procedure for notifying competition winners is as follows; We will attempt to notify the winner(s) via a comment or message on the primary social media platform that the competition was run from. 

We reserve the right to nominate a new winner(s) if we are unable to make contact with the original winner(s) within 7 days. 

You agree that Amplio is and will in no way be held liable in regards to the use of your images submitted regards to the competition, social media profile or in relation to the use of your name(s). You grant Amplio  permission to use your name(s) and location in notifications, announcements and posts. As well as granting us permission to unrestricted rights to use any images submitted by participations in regards to the competition. We reserve the right to use these images on any medium and in any country or province. 

Winners collect prizes at their own risk. Prize winner(s) are responsible for taxes on any prizes. Prizes offered as part of a competition are not redeemable or transferable for a cash sum. In the circumstance that a prize becomes unavailable for any given reason, Amplio will provide a replacement. The replacement will be of similar value to the original prize. 

Amplio  will not be liable for direct or indirect damages, loss, injury or expenses to any property or people as the outcome of participating in a competition or the reception or utilizing a prize, including without limitation the failure to receive a prize or damages to the prize during transportation. We exercise this right within the full extent granted by the laws of New Zealand.
